We Make Heads TURN.

We are a neighborhood salon of 34 years, located in Baldwin, PA. We opened in 1988 with Touch of Elegance Salon, then in 2001 purchased Cut of Joy. We brought two smaller salons together as one larger one and changed our name to Headturners. We provide a wide range of services from hair, tanning, nails, waxing and facials.
